Marketing that runs itself. Decisions that stay yours.

Arc finds source-backed opportunities, drafts complete campaigns, and prepares the creative — then brings everything to you for approval. Nothing reaches a customer until you say so.

We're onboarding teams gradually — we'll reach out when a spot opens.

The agent does the work.

A human approves the decisions.

The database remembers everything.

One system, every surface of marketing

Arc isn't a chatbot bolted onto a CRM. It's a marketing operating system — opportunities, campaigns, records, memory, and outcomes sharing one intelligence layer.

A marketing operator you talk to

Ask Arc what to run this week and it answers with work, not links — drafted campaigns, cited evidence, and an approval card waiting for your decision.

  • Ask, draft, and act modes — with a governance gate on anything outbound
  • Every recommendation cites the records and signals behind it
  • Approve, revise, or decline without leaving the conversation

Who Arc is for

Not an industry — a situation. The same loop runs for a coffee roaster, a run club and a B2B software team. What matters is that someone owns marketing and doesn’t have enough hours for it.

Solo

You are the marketing team

You own marketing between everything else you own. Arc does the legwork and leaves you the part only you can do: deciding.

In-house team

More pipeline than hours

One or two marketers and a CRM full of signals nobody has time to work. Arc turns those records into evidence-backed openings.

Agency

Several brands, one operator

Each client gets its own workspace. Arc scales the production work without blurring the brands together.

Who it isn’t for

Anyone who wants marketing to run itself completely. Every send waits for a human, by design — if you’re looking for full autopilot, that isn’t what Arc does.

How a week with Arc works

Arc runs the legwork on a loop — scouting, drafting, learning — and your week narrows to the decisions that matter.

Persona intelligence underneath everything

Every contact, campaign, and outcome feeds one shared intelligence layer — who your personas are, what they respond to, and what to do next. It powers the CRM, the campaign drafts, the approval cards, and Arc itself.

Persona-scored records

Match, confidence, stage, and next best action on companies, contacts, and leads.

Deterministic scoring

Lead scoring and routing that behaves the same way every time — auditable, not vibes.

Compounding memory

Wins, losses, and voice rules persist in the workspace brain and sharpen every draft.

Creative that shows up ready for review

Whatever the business — a roaster, a run club, a hotel — Arc hands creative over finished: ad units in every format the channels want, copy written in the brand’s voice, provenance tagged, and locked behind your approval.

Nothing reaches the outside world without you

Arc is built on one non-negotiable rule: the agent does the work, a human approves the decisions, and the database remembers everything. There is no “auto-send” to switch on.

Outbound stays locked until you approve

Human approval on every send

Email, SMS, ads, publishing — each one passes through an explicit approval gate.

A full audit trail

Every draft, decision, revision, and send is recorded. You can always answer “why did this go out?”

Provenance on every asset

Real media, AI-generated, or composite — each asset says what it is and where it came from.

Your workspace, your data

Workspaces are isolated end to end. Your records and your brain belong to you.

Questions worth asking

Straight answers about what Arc does today — including where it stops.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT to write my marketing?

A chat window starts from a blank prompt. Arc starts from your records and your signals — it watches the CRM, finds the accounts worth acting on, and hands you a finished package with the evidence attached. You review decisions, not drafts of decisions. And every recommendation cites the records behind it, so you can check the reasoning instead of trusting it.

Can Arc email my customers without me seeing it first?

No — and there is no setting that changes that. Every outbound piece passes through an explicit human approval, and approvals, revisions and sends are all recorded, so you can always answer “why did this go out?” It’s the one rule the whole system is built around.

Do I have to move off the tools I already use?

No. Arc can send approved email itself, and for everything else you can export an approved deliverable and send it from whatever you already run — your ESP, your ad manager, your scheduler. The gate travels with the work: only approved deliverables can be exported, no matter which tool ultimately sends them.

Which channels does Arc actually send today?

Arc drafts complete packages across email, SMS, paid social and landing copy. Sending is wired end-to-end for email today; the other channels are export-and-send while we finish them. We’d rather say that plainly than imply more than ships.

Who can see my data?

Your workspace is isolated at the database level, not just in the UI — one workspace cannot read another’s records. What Arc learns from your campaigns stays in your workspace and is used to make your next campaign better, not anyone else’s.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $99/month, flat per workspace with unlimited seats — see the full pricing. It’s still a waitlist rather than a checkout because we’re onboarding teams gradually while we get this right; the price you see is the one you’ll be offered when your spot opens.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You’ll get an email from us when a spot opens — not a drip sequence. When you’re in, setup is connecting your channels and pointing Arc at your records; it starts by bringing you opportunities to review, so the first thing you see is work, not an empty dashboard.

Why Arc works this way

It can’t send anything without you.

Most AI marketing tools pick one of two extremes. They write copy you end up rewriting, or they run on their own and put things in front of customers you never saw. The first isn’t worth paying for. The second isn’t worth the risk.

So Arc does the whole job and still stops. It watches your records, finds the openings, drafts the campaign, prepares the creative — and then waits. You approve, revise, or decline, and everything that happened is written down.

That gate is the product. Everything else exists to make the work waiting behind it good enough to approve.
