Priced for the work it does. Never for the sends you didn’t approve.

Every plan includes the whole system — the CRM, the personas, the approval gate, the history. What changes is how much work the agent does for you each month.

  • Custom usage limits on request
  • Onboarding support

Teams running many segments, or an agency running several brands.

In every plan

No feature is held back to sell you the tier above. The things that make Arc safe to put in front of your customers aren’t upsells — they’re the product.

  • Arc finds opportunities from your records and signals
  • Complete campaign packages, drafted with evidence attached
  • Approval gate on everything outbound — no auto-send exists
  • CRM, personas, and full campaign history
  • Approved email sending
  • Creative studio — generate and resize approved assets
  • Brand kit constrains every draft and asset
  • Performance learning — Arc improves on your own results
  • Every approved send recorded against the contact and campaign
  • Database-level workspace isolation
  • Unlimited seats — we never charge per person

What happens when you hit the limit

Usage-based pricing is only fair if the edges are predictable. Here are ours, before you need them.

You see it coming

Your running total sits in the app, not in a monthly invoice surprise. We warn you well before you reach the limit — not at it.

Nothing is deleted, ever

Reaching your limit pauses new agent work. Your records, campaigns, and history stay exactly where they are and stay readable.

Nothing outbound changes

The approval gate is not a paid feature and never becomes one. Nothing reaches a customer without you, on any plan, at any usage level.

Answers, not a sales call
How is monthly usage measured?

By the work the agent actually does on your behalf — scanning for opportunities, drafting campaigns, generating creative, and answering you in chat. Higher plans include more of it. We measure the real work rather than promising “N campaigns a month”, because a one-line revision and a video render are nothing like the same amount of work and any single number would flatter one and punish the other. Your running total is visible in the app as it accrues, and where your plan lands is confirmed with you during onboarding.

What can the agent do without asking me?

It can read your records, watch your signals, find opportunities, write drafts, and prepare creative. It cannot send, publish, post, or contact anyone. That boundary is structural, not a setting — there is no plan, toggle, or support request that moves it.

Do I pay per seat?

No. Every plan has unlimited seats. Bring your whole team, plus the people who need to approve things — the approval gate only works if the approver is actually in the room.

Can I send from my own domain?

You can connect your own email provider account today, and approved email sends through it. A guided setup for verifying a custom sending domain is still in progress — until it lands, that step involves us. For channels other than email, you export the approved deliverable and send it from the tool you already use.

Where does my data live, and who can see it?

Your workspace is isolated at the database level, not just in the UI — one workspace cannot read another’s records. What Arc learns from your campaigns stays in your workspace and improves your next campaign, not someone else’s.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You can export it, and we delete it on request. Cancelling doesn’t destroy anything on its own: the workspace becomes read-only so you can still get to your history while you move. We don’t hold your records hostage to a renewal.

Why is there a waitlist if pricing is published?

Because publishing a price and opening the doors are different decisions. We’re onboarding teams gradually so we can watch the first ones closely and fix what we find. The pricing above is what you’ll be offered when your spot opens — no surprise at the end of the queue.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, in either direction, from your workspace settings. If you need a limit that doesn’t match a plan — higher volume, an agency running several brands — we can set a custom one; get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

See it work on your own records first.

We're onboarding teams gradually while we get this right. Join the waitlist and you'll hear from us when a spot opens.
